    FOUNDER & OPERATOR

    With a background as a COO scaling social-impact consumer goods and tech startups to £50M+, Farah has held multiple leadership roles across high-growth companies from pre-Series A to international scale.

    Over the past 15 years, she has built the operational backbone for fast-growing companies by designing systems, processes, and teams across finance, supply chain, logistics, forecasting, and international expansion. She has led major product launches and supported scale-up across Europe and North America.

    This experience led her to launch The Ops Engine ™, a model that gives founders rapid access to high-level operational support across finance, supply chain, and systems.

    Farah holds a Master’s in International Business and completed the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership programme. She also advises and serves as a Non-Executive Director for purpose-driven startups on scaling strategy, operational design, and sustainability integration.
